World Overview - August 17, 2026

Dear readers,

I hope you are well, wherever you are in the world and whatever situation you find yourself in.

This is the first post in a series of posts intended to document the great changes happening in the world as humanity goes through its greatest changes in history: the Great Waves of Change1 and the encounter with extraterrestrial forces in the world2.

In this last decade (2020-2030) where humanity still has a chance to mitigate impacts of the Great Waves of Change3, we can see that many global and devastating events have already taken place: the COVID-19 pandemic, the Russia-Ukraine war, the Israel-Gaza war, the US/Israel-Iran war, global economic hardships (as seen in inflation, high unemployment rate, famine in certain regions of the world etc.), fractures in political alliances, environmental disasters (extreme heat, flooding, storms, wildfires, droughts etc.). The list goes on and on. It seems like after one disaster hits, another one arrives, leaving people with little time and resources for respite and preparation.  Under such circumstances, people naturally become more fearful, more divisive, more blaming others, more hateful of others.

In this difficult environment, there is a concurrent reality of alien forces intervening in the world today, taking advantage of the weakness of humanity for their own benefits. One could argue that this is just a conspiracy theory concocted by crazy people. But more and more evidence is coming out from both legitimate researchers and the US government, indicating that the alien presence here on Earth is real and it is something to be taken very seriously4.

All these will become too much for anyone to handle. What should we do? Where can we turn to? Who can we trust?

Fortunately, the New Message5 provides the clear answer regarding what is happening in the world, why it is happening, and how individuals can prepare for this great transition so that they will not only survive but can find meaning, purpose and fulfillment in this new world.

Here is an inspiring quote from the Teachers3: “Great change is upon you. It is time to prepare. The preparation is here, it is given, through the Grace of God and through all of God’s Angels and advocates and true servants in the world.”

And so let us walk into this new world with courage, strength, determination and wisdom under the guidance of Knowledge6, our inner guidance, so that we can give our gifts and fulfill our missions here in this world at this time.

Natural Disasters and Books on Mind Management - August 29, 2026

Dear readers,

The latest natural disaster event that really shocked me this week was the Nepal-Tibet flash flood. The video showing the huge wall of flood quickly encroaching and sweeping away people, cars and buildings at the Nepal-Tibet border was terrifying to watch1. It shows the power of nature and how defenseless humans and our creations are in the face of natural disasters. According to the New Message: "Great change is coming to the world, change unlike anything that humanity as a whole has ever seen before—Great Waves of change all converging at this time. For humanity has impacted the world in so many ways, and the results of that impact are now gathering—gathering strength, gathering force, converging at a time when humanity is largely unaware and unprepared"2.These changes are not just some distant events affecting other people, but they can affect us in very unpredictable and unexpected ways, catching everyone off guard. For example, Tunisia is experiencing severe water shortage due to extreme heat, prolonged drought, aging infrastructure and power cuts. This perfect storm leads to chaos on the street and people fighting to get drinking water3. And yet, this same scene could, is and will play out in many other parts of the world, as we all are facing the same situations of a world of shrinking resources, aging infrastructure, climate emergency and a growing population. What then, can we as individuals do? 

In Recommendations for Living in a Great Waves World, we are advised to conserve energy, maintain a supply of food, water and medicine, build an emergency cash fund and many more4. I highly recommend you check out the list if you feel worried about the future.

On a lighter note, I want to recommend the books Atomic Habits by James Clear and Deep Work by Cal Newport. These two popular books provide practical tips on the importance of focused work and how to build positive habits and make atomic changes that will add up to result in a life transformation. These books help students of Knowledge manage their personal minds more effectively.
